Information and forms for Owners who rent or lease their homes.
This policy takes effect on Jan. 1, 2014. This policy does not affect you if you live in your Cherry Creek 3 home unless you decide to move and rent or lease your townhome. Please note: Completed forms MUST be e-mailed to: jrobson@realtyonepropmgmt.com or faxed to (720) 344-4804.

New rental/leasing policy adopted October 2013, effective Jan. 1, 2014
NOTE TO OWNERS: The Board approved a policy amendment in 2015, which clarifies rental/leases must not be for a term of less than 30 days. The Association rules prohibit hotel or motel-type rentals, such as online rentals (i.e. AirBnB operations are not permitted). Denver Zoning law prohibits more than 4 non-related people from living in one home.

Architectural Request Forms (ARFs)
    These forms must be submitted for HOA approval before any work can be approved or scheduled. Verbal permissions cannot be given by the HOA Board or its Property Manager. Please note: Completed forms MUST be e-mailed to: jrobson@realtyonepropmgmt.com or faxed to (720) 344-4804.

   * If you need a new electronic pool pass and are eligible to obtain one, please downloand and return this form. (Note: Owners must give Realty One written permission to obtain a pool access card. There is a $25 charge for replacing access keys.)
Note: You cannot bring a grill and cook anywhere in the vicinity of the pool. Any grilling should be conducted at the back of your home, beyond the end of your carport. Denver fire regulations prohibit the operation of grills in back patios.
